1. Introduction 

 Aerated concrete brick (light brick ) is a kind of light and porous buidling material with light weight, keeping temperature, can't be burnt and other advantages. And it can be made into many kinds of brick types (for example : 600×200×100, 80×80×180 , 240×115×53, 600×200×125 ),it can be used in industry buildings and common building. At the same same it is becoming more and more popular in the world and we are confident that it will replace the Clay Brick completely in the near future.

2. Aerated concrete common conception

Common concrete's density is usually 1600-2400kg/m3, but Areated Concrete is 500kg/m3,600kg/m3 and 700kg/m3. It hasn't  big grain, mainly uses silicon material (for example: coal ash , sand , stone dust and others ) , through making the material smaller for example sand, it can be used directly if the material is small enough(for example coal ash). Mixing  calcium material, lime cement and water to a special slop, then adding the aluminum dust and the additive. Making the aluminum dust and the special slop has a chemical reflect, then use the  Hydrogen produced by the above reflect to make the concrete slop expand or swell, foam . Next , put them into the curing room to concreting cutting steaming curing . At last , there will bacome the light brick whose porous rate is 70-80%.

3. Advantages

Light weight

Aerated concrete's density is usually 400-700kg/m3 (according to the market data), the same as 1/3 of clay brick and 1/5 common concrete. So using the Light brick can reduce the weight of the building's to a great extent, and can also reduce the press produced by the beam of roof and pillar. Thereby you can see ,it is able to save the material and cost, moreover it also fights shaking .

Keeping temperature

Its characteristic is porous , and the delivery hearting coefficient is 0.9-0.22W/(mk), the same as  1/4 or 1/5 of clay brick's , so it is the best material now in the world for buildings. It has a large scale of raw materials with many kinds and is lowest waste.

Main Materials : coal ash, sand, waste mine material, coal stone, stone dust and  other silicon materials.

Saving more land

When producing 10000 m3 light weight bricks, it will use 4200 tons coal ash, which saves coal ash by using area 0.5 mu, saves burning clay brick by 5 mu.

Sand AAC Block Production Line

Introduction

Sand AAC block is a light weight and porous building material. Cement, lime, slag, sand and foaming material as raw material, The whole production line includes seven processes, like raw material preparation, mixing, pouring, preliminary maintenance, cutting and autoclaved maintenance and packing. It has light keeping temperature cant burn and other advantages.it can be made into many kinds of bricks(for example:600×200×100, 80×80×180,240×115×53, 600×200×125),they could be used industry building and common building.they are more and more popular in the world.in the future,they will replace the clay brick completely.

Advantages of AAC Block 

1.Light weight
AAC porosity ratio reaches 70%-80% of whole block. Its density is 400-700kgs/m3, 1/3 of solid clay bricks, 1/5 of common concrete blocks.

2.Good heat preservation
With a large number of pores inside, AAC has good heat preservation. Normally, AAC blocks with thickness of 200mm can preserve heat as well as those common solid clay blocks with thickness of 490mm.

3.Good fire resistance without releasing harmful gas
Main materials for AAC are inorganic. It has features of keeping temperature, resisting fire and releasing no harmful gas. With good heat preservation to the steels, buildings made of AAC bricks can only be destroyed by surface when they are on fire.

6 Casting slurry cycle time 5-6 minutes, cut cycle time 5 minutes.
7 casting slurry temperature 38-42 degree
8 body quiet stop. Time is 1.5-2.5housr, temperature 50-90 degree, after quiet stop body strength is 0.15-0.18Mpa
9 Steam curing cycle time, come in and out autoclave about 0.5hour, steam curing cycle time about is 6 hours/1.6Mpa, total 6.5 hours.
